MENU WILL BE THE SAME:
WE GET THE BURGERS, DOGS, PAPER GOODS, LEMONADE AND COFFEE

(plus popcorn and maybe some other surprises)

YOU BRING FOOD TO SHARE: SALAD AND DESSERT AND SOME TYPE OF MUNCHIES (IF YOU WANT SODA'S BRING YOUR OWN, OK?)

WE WILL BE HAVING AN EGG HUNT, GAMES, PINATA (HOPEFULLY IF TIFFANY CAN MAKE ONE AGAIN), SWIMMING, HIKE, SNAKE HUNT, HAND BALL, BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT, AND LOTS OF FUN TIMES!

PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE COMING BY THE WEEK BEFORE!

BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS, CHAIRS AND SHADE IF YOU NEED IT! WE HAVE RENTERS IN THE LITTLE BACK HOUSE SO THE PORTO POTTY WILL BE AVAILABLE!

WE LOOK FORWARD TO THIS BIG EVENT, AND CAN'T WAIT TO SEE ALL OF YOU AS WE CELEBRATE AS A FAMILY THE RESURRECTION OF OUR LORD!

HELP NEEDED

Please save the dates of January 25-27 to help get Grandma & Grandpa's house fixed up. Their house will be carpeted on Sunday but there is a need for furniture movers, ceiling scrapers, painters, carpet installing helpers, and then more furniture moving. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

Poor Little Hunter...

Well... poor little guy was warming up to play soccer on Saturday when he tripped on the back of Tony's foot and landed wrong. We knew something was wrong when he didn't just bounce back up... the soccer manager called the ambulance and lucky Hunter got to go for his first (hopefully last) ride!

After x-rays the diagnosis came - thankfully, it was only a broken collarbone! And thankfully the waiting room was friendly enough (with a dvd player and toys) so it wasn't such an unbearable experience. He's got to wear the sling for two weeks and it should take 4-6 weeks to heal... please pray for a speedy and thorough healing. We are going away for the Christmas holiday, so hopefully the painful stage will be over by then (exactly the 2 week mark)!

Hey Markus, congrats on your super CIF winning season and that amazing touchdown to win the game!!! Wish we could've been there... I'm sure everyone does!

A Beautiful Day To Celebrate

 Congratulations, Mr & Mrs Marsh!

It was a beautiful ceremony and a super fun celebration of God's timing and love!

I tried to get pictures of as many of the family as I could but looking through the photos I realised I missed a whole lot of us (including my own parents and the parents of the bride!!!) Oops... but here's what I've got so far!

 just three more weeks for these two...

 and three more weeks til these guys have a family of 4!!!

 Lauren and Tori looked gorgeous in the bridal party!!! And great speech Tori!

 We loved this touch of having the families united! Well done!

 And your guest book was super cool... where do you guys come up with all these fun ideas!?!?

We did miss you, Stephen, and the other cousins who couldn't make it... but I'm sure Bryan & Cherise will come up with a creative way of getting more photos out so you can see it!!!

May God bless you and keep you as you've now become one and continue on this grand adventure as His followers! You two rock!

Seaside Family Camp

One of the fun things about living in the same town is that church camps become family camps... certainly it must feel that way at Beach Cities, St Andrew's and Seaside.

Here's a glimpse of the Seaside Family Camp from September 22-23:

 Not sure where the kids are, but hey... this is family camp so I'm sure an aunt or cousin or grandparent is looking after them so Dane & Emily can have a moment together.

 Of course camp includes cards...

 a bit of sun...

 tribal wars (and candy in the background)...

 teamwork...

 adventure sports...

 team spirit...

 inter-generational strategy...

 and encouragement...

plus a whole lot of smiles!!!!

And though there are only limited spaces in the bloodline family, the good thing is that the Kingdom Family has no limit so let's keep inviting people in!!!

Birthday Week in Wellington

 Jen turned the big 4-0 on Monday... with an Olympic themed celebration!!!

Then Helena turned 4 on Thursday with a Dora goes to the Olympics party... because of allergies she had a fruit tower instead of a cake and all was well... 

Now two weeks later it will be Tony's turn... but first Stephen... and Cherise... and Aunt Monica...and Matt's... and Timothy... and Jessica... and wow... August is a big birthday month!!! 

California Here We Come...

YAHOO.... we're looking forward to seeing you all in September!!! The kids and I will be there from 15 September - 10 October - certainly we'll catch a few birthdays, a wedding (do you have space for a few more on your invite list?), a camping trip... and just the fun daily life stuff on the Grandparents porch and cruising through OC!!! We're so looking forward to it! Tony will be in DC for some of it, but plans to come over for a week or so. We'd like to go to Legoland during the time Tony's there, so we'll get the word out if anyone wants to come along! Can't believe it's already been 2 years since we've seen you guys!!! I may be turning 40 this week, but I've got plenty of energy for cards and games, so bring it on!!!! See you soon!

Birthday Celebration

Sunday, July 22nd at 2pm. We will be celebrating Gaylynn's Birthday! Come hang out and celebrate this amazing woman with the family!!!

Mark Your Calendar

Cherise & Bryan's wedding is September 29th at 4pm in Cherry Valley. It's going to be an adult only event so if you need to get babysitting lined up this will give you some time to plan:)

Happy Birthday Grandpa!!!

So are we going to fit in that backspace in the big family photo or what!!?!? There's a nice big gap in the family line up so hopefully this slides right in... 

Grandpa, we heard it was an amazing day with so many people gathered together to show you just how loved you are! We so wish we could've been there, but we celebrated you from New Zealand! Ha - notice we've got long sleeves underneath - it's the start of winter here, folks (thankfully it was a non-rainy day). Oh, and I heard you even had a bit of an eclipse to celebrate too... we'll be getting that one in November so I guess that will be a good reason to celebrate your birthday party again!!!
Glad you all were able to be there - what a special occasion! We love you all... 

Grandpa's Turning 90!

Grandpa's Party will be at Edison Park, Sunday, May 20th 2pm (come early to help set up & hang out if you can) Wear your Boyer Clan t-shirt- Family Pictures at 4pm. Please bring a salad & chips (this will be Hemet style as sandwiches will be provided but friends and family will bring a dish to share) Bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating (and easy ups if you have them) We are looking forward to celebrating Grandpa's life!!!
