Grandma Doris Ward-Gillespie

The Lord called Grandma Ward home early this morning. We are rejoicing with Grandma as she is finally at peace and in the arms of Jesus. We are not decided on how to best celebrate her life but will let you know. Please pray for continued peace for Diane & Paul, Brian & April, and Jason & Amanda as they sort through things and lean on one another. Please keep Joshua, Stephanie, Uncle Rob, Randi & Nathan, Jamie & Brad, and Uncle Jake in your prayers as they mourn from afar. Grandma led a very full and eventful life and was able to experience God's grace, mercy, and unconditional love. Doris felt so loved and included by all of you. Thank you for being a part of her life.

Grandma Doris

The Brimer's Baby #2

Here is a little clip of baby #2. It looks like it is going to be a wild child.

It even hit itself in the face while we were watching. With that in mind we think it is a typical girl banging its head against the wall.

Thanks for praying with us for a healthy baby.

Answered Prayers

It's me, Stephanie. Thank you all for your prayers over the last three weeks. I have gone from being "healthy" going about my day--getting diagnosed---having surgery and spending three days in the hospital--currently in day four of about 25 recovering at home. Wow! God is and has been faithful throughout this process and I am well rested in His hands. Dad and I just dropped Mom and Rhianna off at the airport. It was such a blessing to have them here for my surgery and some critical recovery time. Now, the weekend with Dad, which will include a lot of Rocky:) I have received your flowers, cards, and phone calls and these has helped keep moral high-thank you for loving me! My goal is to be all healed up so we can all dance while celebrating Jason and Amanda's union!

In His Grip,
Stephanie

Prayer Request: For my Grandma Doris. Wisdom for doctors and my mother as they try to make healthy choices for Grandma. It is hard for my mom to know what to ask for help because they are still trying to figure it out. Thank you for volunteering your time and support while Mom was up in Seattle with me.

Does Anyone Happen To Have...

any of the following items to lend us while we're in OC from 22 July to 15 August:

1. Pack 'n Play - Helena needs a bed

2. Kid's Potty or the kind that goes over the toilet - Hunter is still in the potty training phase

3. An extra CAR big enough for 2 carseats and two big relatives - doesn't hurt to ask

Please feel free to send us an email: tony.jen777@msa.hinet.net or call Amber or my mom to let them know if you've got something we can use!

Thanks, heaps!!!

Prayer Requests

Hi Family...

In just 8 days we'll be getting on a big airplane with our two little kids for 12 hours... but at the end of that we'll be home with our CA family!!! We are SO EXCITED!!!

However, these two lovely kids both have some kind of viral infection - Hunter's is something to do with his throat - he's been feverish since Friday and his throat is totally red and swollen! We took him to a doctor yesterday and she said it should run its course in a week or so... so we'd like you to join us in prayer that his infection will go away quickly and completely before we hop on that plane!

Helena's had something similar for 2 weeks already - so hopefully she's almost done - but please pray she doesn't catch anything from her brother again! And while you're praying, could you please pray for strength & patience for Tony & me... I'm physically and mentally exhausted from all this chasing after kids with tissues, dealing with some nasty medication-induced tantrums, and I'm tired of just staying in the house because I don't want to infect our friends... Does this sound like someone in need of a vacation or what?!?

Thanks for your prayers... we'll see you soon! And all will be well!!! Thanks, Jen

Stephen has moved to Los Angeles. He is living in Korea town. Congrats on his new job working for Wal-Mart Music. Yep, the next time you are in Wal-Mart picking out a CD know that Stephen had a hand in getting it there. It is great to have you closer to the gang! We need an address....
