What needs to happen:

A team leader has been selected for each meal to be prepared. The team leader will contact the assisting families, to coordinate what needs to happen.

What the Team Leader is responsible for:

  • Coordinate with Matt Ambrose (714) 724-1140 or Tamara Cox (619) 301-5392, for the recipe and ingredients needed for your particular meal.
  • Delegate what needs to be done for preparation of the meal, and communicate with your team.
  • Collect money, from each assisting family, for your particular meal. (You can shop together with your families, or just tell them what they are responsible for getting. However you want to do it, just get it done.)
  • Meals should be prepared as much as possible from home; to ensure that the ‘Best Part of the day’ is down on the beach and not in the camp kitchen. Coordinate dessert efforts with your team. There will be a prize given for the best dessert. It will be judged by ME!!!!!!!!! (Matt Ambrose)
  • Feel free to add fruit or whatever to your meal plans. Meals should be around $30 per family, $180 total working budget for your particular night.(Call me...I mean Tamara if you go over.)
Group Site/The Camp Costs:
$25 per night per family unit.
$30 per family unit for the meals - to be figured out with your team leader as stated above.
$10 per family unit for a stop-by meal

Any questions feel free to contact your team leader, who will then contact me. Please use the Chain of Command for the easiest pathway for communication. (if you guys can’t tell I’m getting ready for a test….)

Love you guys,
Matt Ambrose (714) 724-1140

  3. A little more detail about $$$$

$25 per night is if you haven't paid the $100 to Aunt Francine for all four nights.

$30 goes to your meal team leader.... includes all paper goods and extra $ goes to other costs regarding meals for the week.

$10 is "charged" to any company/friends that may join us for a night of dinner
